Payne Wood (Team Manitoba / St. Boniface Golf Club) opened the 2025 Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour’s 2025 championship season with a strong start.
Wood shot a 5 under par 64 Saturday and followed it up with a 4 over par 73 Sunday to win the Junior Boys division of the Junior Worlds Qualifier at Kildonan Park Golf Course by one stroke over Brayden Boge (Team Manitoba / Rossmere).

Bantam Boys: Ryder St. Laurent (Team Manitoba / Niakwa)
Pee Wee Boys: Ty Montour (Team Manitoba / Scotswood Links)
U15 Girls: Angelina Sitarz (Team Manitoba / Elmhurst)
15-19 Girls: Camryn Thomas (Team Manitoba / St. Charles)
