A bogey free 4-under par 68 moved Ryan Blair (Elmhurst Golf & Country Club) up 15 spots on the leaderboard during Wednesday’s second round of the Canadian University / College Championship in Quebec.
Through 36 holes at 3-under par 141, Blair sits T10, just one stroke back of Bison teammate Rory Neill (Glendale Golf & Country Club) who shot a 1-under par 71 and is T8.
Oakley Mayner of UBC Okanagan is alone in first place through 36 holes at 9-under par 135.

In the Team Championship, the Bisons dropped to seventh place at 7-over par 290 following a 5-over par day.
