The Four-Ball Championship is a two person event where any member club of Golf Manitoba may enter a team consisting of two senior adult male members of the club they represent. All team members must have reached their 55th birthday by first scheduled day of the Golf Canada Senior Men’s Championship.

The form of play where sides of two partners compete, with each player playing their own ball. A side’s score for a hole is the lower gross score of the two partners on that hole. The partner with the lower score on each hole provides that team’s score for that hole. Each team is responsible for recording their gross score on a hole on a single scorecard.

There are two flights – a Club Division and an Open Division.  The two – person team representing their home club can compete for the overall Club Division title.  A two – person team consisting of any two players from a Golf Manitoba member club are eligible to compete in the Open Division.  A team competing in the Club Division will be eligible to win both the Club and Open Divisions.

Garry Hiebert and Mark Jordan of the host course are first to tee off in the opening group at 10:00.

Defending champions Ron Bilawka and Todd Teplitski of Pine Ridge Golf Club are at 12:50.
