Through three rounds of the Canadian Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship Lyle Mackenzie (Niakwa Country Club) carded Manitoba’s low round in New Brunswick today with a 1-under par 71. Mackenzie made four birdies, 11 pars and three bogeys to move up 25 spots on the leaderboard.
Curtis Markusson (St. Charles Country Club) leads the remaining six competitors from our province tied for 32nd on the leaderboard after a 75 today.
Markusson’s 222 tournament total also has him T10 in the Mid-Masters division.
