Inside Golf Manitoba

Golf Manitoba welcomes Solo Golf

Golf Manitoba announced their new partnership with Solo Golf today, designating Solo Golf as the Single Rider Cart of Manitoba. Solo Golf is one of the most innovative new players in the Canadian market, and this new partnership recognizes the value of the products they’re bringing to the Canadian golf industry.
Golf Manitoba Executive Director Jared Ladobruk is ecstatic to be welcoming Solo Golf to the family of Golf Manitoba partners. “We’re always looking for new ways to improve the game in Manitoba, and we think this is a great fit” said Ladobruk. “We’re looking forward to seeing the excitement from single rider carts in Manitoba- whether a course wants to speed up pace of play or just give people something to remember about their round, there’s a reason for everybody to try single rider carts.”
Solo Golf carts have been celebrated for creating a new and unique experience for golfers, while promoting faster pace of play and creating long-term ways for golfers to continue physical distancing if they choose. Solo Golf products have been very successful in the United States and have recently launched in Canada, with a significant focus on the Western Canada markets.

There are 3 options for these single rider carts: a 2-wheel, 3-wheel, and a 4-wheel.

“We’re really excited to add Golf Manitoba as a partner. We’ve made some great inroads with courses like Whispering Winds of Warren Golf & Country Club north of Winnipeg, so their support will be instrumental as we look to grow support for our new concept in Manitoba”, said Chris Bean, Director of Sales at Solo Golf. “Shawn Woods has joined our team to oversee our presence in Manitoba, and as a 25+ year veteran in the industry, we look forward to having some great demo days with Shawn at the helm.”
