Ryan Blair (Elmhurst Golf & Country Club) shot a his second consecutive under par round to finish as the top member of the University of Manitoba Bisons at the Canadian University / College Championship in Quebec.
A 2-under par 70 earned Blair a T4 finish on the individual leaderboard at 5-under par 211 (73-68-70), just six strokes back of the champion – Montreal’s Anthony Jomphe.
