WATCH | Hammerback, Secord, Sitarz & Thomas win All Abilities, U15 and Women’s City & District Championships at Winkler Centennial Golf Course

A memorable weekend at Winkler Centennial Golf Course came to an end late Sunday afternoon as the Champions were crowned in the 2026 All Abilities, U15 and Women’s City & District Championships.

Kristian Hammerback (Southwood Golf & Country Club) earned his fourth consecutive All Abilities Gross Division Championship shooting an impressive 2-under par 69 for an eight stroke victory over Spencer Easthope and Dave Marchand, both of Alberta. Hammerback finished at 5-over par 145. Marchand won the Net Stableford Division Championship with 79 points, four better than Hammerback.

Golf Manitoba would also like to congratulate Patrick Cloutier on shooting a 48 to win the nine hole Special Olympics Division Championship on Sunday morning by six strokes over Matthew Watters.

Grant Secord (Team Manitoba / St. Charles Country Club) carded a 1-over par 72 in his final round to win the the U15 Boys Championship presented by the Alex & Peggy Colonello Foundation with a 7-over par 149 total, eight strokes ahead of Ty Montour (Team Manitoba / (Scotswood Links).

Jack Holmes (Southwood) won the Boys 12 & Under title with a 1-over par 72 and a 15-over par 155 total besting Ethan Sitarz (Team Manitoba / Elmhurst) by six strokes.

Angelina Sitarz (Team Manitoba / Elmhurst Golf & Country Club) had a 4-over par 74 to win her second consecutive U15 Girls Championship presented by the Alex & Peggy Colonello Foundation. At 11-over par 152, Sitarz won by 20 strokes over Makenzie Bartlett (Carman Golf & Curling Club).

Camryn Thomas (Team Manitoba / St. Charles) is the Women’s City & District Champion, earning a one stroke victory over Charmaine Hayden (Breezy Bend Country Club). With a 78 on Sunday, Thomas ended play at 17-over par 159 while Hayden had an 80 to finish at 160.
