The Golf Manitoba Championship season will officially open with the Match Play Championship Qualifier May 25 & 26 at Portage Golf Club.
The format for the event is 18-holes each day of stroke play. The low 32 amateur male players, low 16 senior male players and low 16 amateur female players after 36-holes will advance to the Championship competition. The Match Championship matches will be held June 1-15 at both Minnewasta Golf & Country Club and Breezy Bend Country Club.
The match play qualifier is open to all Golf Manitoba/Canada member amateur players ages 12 & up. Deadline for entry for the qualifier closes on May 20, 2019 at 11:59pm.
