On a picture perfect day along the shores of Buffalo and Muskeg Bays, the Taylor McCaffrey Men’s Four-Ball Championship was decided at Lake of the Sandhills Golf Course at Buffalo Point.
Patrick Perrin and David Spurr of Elmhurst Golf & Country Club won the Gross Championship at 9-under par 63. They combined for a bogey free round and securing the victory with a birdie on each of the final four holes.
Spencer Norrie and Rylan Price of Minnewasta Golf & Country Club finished in second place on a countback at 6-under par 66. Carson Inman and Kenny Keeler of Portage Golf Club also shot a 66.
Tyson Ehnes and Mark Rasmussen of Lorette Golf Course defended their Net-Stableford Championship with 44 points. Their big hole was Rasmussen’s birdie, net eagle on the par three 16th hole, earning four points.
John Frankcom and Mike Neniska of Kenora Golf & Country Club came in second, three points back.
