Grant Secord (St. Charles Country Club) carded an 8-over par 80 on Wednesday during his final round to finish T22 on the Boys leaderboard at the Canadian U15 Championship. With a 36 hole total 8-over par 152, Secord was the highest placing Manitoban.
Ty Montour (Scotswood Links) also shot an 80 to finish T32 at 12-over par 156.
Jack Guo of West Vancouver won the championship at 11-under par 133 (65-68).
Angelina Sitarz (Elmhurst Golf & Country Club) finished T27 in the Girls Championship at 12-over par 156 following an 84.
Makenzie Bartlett (Carman Golf & Curling Club) had the best round of the day for our province at 4-over par 76 moving up nine spots on the leaderboard to T37 at 23-over par 167.
Kaeleigh Chung of Ontario carded an 8-under par 64 to win the Girls championship at 6-under par 138.
