RESULTS | Nachtigall & Moro make the cut at Canadian Men’s Amateur; Team Manitoba finishes 6th in Inter-Provincial Team Championship

Even par 72 was the best Evan Nachtigall (Elmhurst Golf & Country Club) could manage on Tuesday during the second round of the Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship in Calgary.

With a 4-under par 140 total, Nachtigall dropped 12 spots on the leaderboard to T25.

Jack Moro (Whitewater Golf Club) had a 2-under par 70 jumping up 55 spots to get back to even par 144 through 36 holes.

The following players represented Manitoba and Northwest Ontario however missed the cut:

Dawson Lew of Toronto and Quebec’s Jean-Phillippe Parr are tied for first place at 9-under par 135 following second rounds of 7-under par 65 and 8-under par 64 respectively.

Team Manitoba (Jones, Lambert & Neill) finished sixth in the Willingdon Cup Inter-Provincial Team Championship at 9-over par. Quebec won the event at 12-under par,
