Due to inclement weather, the 2025 Elmhurst Invitational was shortened to 18 holes and Kaleb Lambert, of the host course, was crowned the Men’s Division Champion.
Lambert carded a 1-under par 70 to earn a one stroke victory over Jordy Lutz, also of Elmhurst Golf & Country Club.
Lambert’s round featured three consecutive birdies on holes 9, 10 and 11 to erase a two over par start through the first seven holes.
By earning a victory at the Elmhurst Invitational, Lambert has been offered a quota spot, to compete in the 120th Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship that will be played July 28th to 31st at both the Royal Ottawa Golf Club and Rivermead (Club de golf) in Gatineau, Quebec.
Adam Blair (Team Manitoba / Pine Ridge Golf Club) and Hudson Hunnie (Team Manitoba / Rossmere Country Club) finished in a tie for first place in the Junior Boys Division Championship at 2-over par 73.
